Quality, fortified manufactured food products have strong potential to prevent malnutrition in young children and their mothers, by providing nutritional value suited to their needs. The MERIEM pilot project aims to develop marketing solutions that can be replicated on a large scale to prevent all forms of malnutrition in Sahelian cities.
